    About Motorworks: Originally built in 1923 as an automobile dealership, the facility houses Motorworks Brewing’s full-production brewery and taproom, adjacent to a 22,000 sq. ft. beer garden. Relax in the shade of a majestic 250-year-old living oak tree and enjoy fantastic eats from local food trucks, the area’s best live music, over 30 craft beers on tap, and a full bar. Situated next to the Village of the Arts, LECOM field and blocks away from downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk, Motorworks Brewing is a dog-friendly and family-friendly environment. 

    Since there is limited space at this venue, please only RSVP if you know you will be able to attend – we want to make sure we pack the house with as many FBC members as possible!

    Motorworks Brewing (“Event”)

    September 22, 2022

    We look forward to sharing with you a wonderful event on September 22, 2022  from 5pm to 7pm at Motorworks Brewing, 1014 9th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205.  By your attendance at the event, you agree to comply with the following applicable terms and conditions for the Event, as well as any additional terms posted or communicate at the Event. 

    1.     Event Attendees.  As an Event attendee, you agree that you are a current member of Freedom Boat Club of SWFL (“Member”).  Members may also bring guests to accompany him/her to the Event.  All Event Attendees must be at least 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol at the Event. 

    2.     Transportation.  Event Attendees are solely responsible for transportation to and from the Event.

    3.     Responsibility of Event Attendees.   All Event Attendees must act respectfully and responsibly, including consuming alcoholic responsibly throughout the duration of the Event.

    4.     Release.  By attending the Event, Event Attendee(s) agree to release and to hold Freedom Boat Club, LLC and its affiliates, employees, and agents (“Releasees”) harmless of and from any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by Event Attendee(s) or to any property belonging to Event Attendee(s), that may result from Event Attendee(s)’ participation in the Event, except those injuries or damages that result from the gross negligence of Releasees.  Event Attendee(s) acknowledge and agree that they are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge that it is designed to protect Releasees from lawsuits brought by Event Attendees or any other person injured as a result of any act or omission on the part of Releasees.  Event Attendee(s) further agree to hold Releasees harmless from any damages or costs, including attorneys’ fees, that Releasees may incur as a result of participation in the Event.

    5.      Image and Likeness Release.  Event Attendee agrees to  irrevocably grant Releasees the right to use all or a portion of an image or video of Event Attendee’s and Event Attendee’s minor child(ren) and Event Attendee’s and Event Attendee minor child(ren)’s name and likeness in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity and without compensation. Attendee hereby waives the right to inspect or approve images or videos used for the publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images/videos. Attendee agrees to release the Releasees from any claims that may arise regarding the use of his/her statements, videos, or images including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.
